Services that have been completely delivered and accepted by the client.
Custom services if the work has already begun after the client's approval.
Requests for refunds initiated after 30 days from the date of purchase or project commencement.

In the case of any partial execution/ consumption of any service, the same may be partly refunded, if deemed appropriate by DigitoX iT Solutions based on the completion of work done.
